You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account. One person, one account.
KITRED is only a technology platform that connects farmers, buyers and sellers directly. KITRED is NOT a party to any transaction between users and does not take custody of goods, does not handle product payments, and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, weight, delivery or after-sale support of items listed.
All product transactions happen directly between buyer and seller by phone, WhatsApp, UPI or in person. Buyers should verify the product, price, and seller before paying. Prefer meeting in a public place and prefer UPI over cash for large amounts.
KITRED offers optional paid membership plans and 7-day booster promotions. These are the only fees KITRED charges users. Prices are shown on the Plans page and may be updated by the admin from time to time. Paid membership does not guarantee sales.
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of listings, product quality, applicable licences, and lawful sale. Prohibited items include restricted pesticides, controlled substances, endangered species, counterfeit goods, and any item that cannot lawfully be sold in India.
The Verified badge means an admin has reviewed the seller's ID and selfie. It does not guarantee product quality or the outcome of any transaction.
No spam, fraud, harassment, hate speech, impersonation, fake listings, price manipulation, off-platform payment scams, or attempts to break the app's security. Admins may remove content or suspend accounts without notice.
KITRED is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KITRED and its team are not liable for any loss, damage, non-delivery, disputes or indirect damages arising from transactions between users.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
