Prefer meeting sellers or buyers in a public place during daytime. Bring a friend or family member for high-value deals.
Prefer UPI over cash for larger amounts. Only pay to the UPI ID or QR shown on the seller's profile in-app. Never share OTP, ATM PIN, Aadhaar OTP or bank passwords with anyone — KITRED will never ask for them.
Verify the product, weight, freshness and quantity in person or by video call. Prefer sellers with the blue Verified badge. If the price is far below market, it is likely a scam.
KITRED never asks buyers or sellers to pay a commission to any KITRED person on WhatsApp or phone. If someone claims to be from KITRED and asks for money outside the app, it is a scam — please report it.
Use the Report option on any listing or user, or email us. Verified frauds will be banned.
