Creating an account, browsing the marketplace, posting community messages and contacting sellers is 100% free. KITRED does not take any commission on product sales — the full amount goes to the farmer.
KITRED offers optional membership plans (for example Free, Premium and Booster). Each plan sets a monthly limit on the number of active listings and additional visibility perks. Live prices and plan features are always shown on the Plans page inside the app and can be updated by KITRED from time to time.
Any listing can be promoted to the top of the marketplace for 7 days by paying a small booster fee (shown on the Sell screen at the time of posting). This is optional.
All plan and booster payments are processed securely by Razorpay. KITRED does not see or store your card, netbanking or UPI credentials.
Prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A GST invoice can be requested by email.
KITRED may change plan prices or benefits at any time. Existing paid plans remain valid at the price you paid until their expiry.
